INFANT SWIM LESSONS:

These classes promote aquatic enrichment and readiness while promoting parental education, safety and fun.

Parent/Child I (6-23 months) Parents accompany their child in the pool.

Parent/Child II (24-36 months) Parents accompany their child in the pool.

PRE-SCHOOL AQUATICS:

These classes promote aquatic enrichment and readiness while promoting parental education, safety and fun.

Pike with Parents (3-5 years)
For beginners who require a parent in the pool with them.

Pike (3-5 years)
For beginners who will go in the pool without a parent.

Eels (3-5 years)
For children who can float on front/back and go under water willingly.

Rays (4-5 years)
For children who can float on front and back without flotation and perform front paddle stroke with rhythmic breathing.

Starfish (4-6 years)
Children will refine front crawl, backstroke and elementary backstroke.

YOUTH AQUATICS

Polliwog (6-12 years)
Children with little or no previous swimming experience.

Guppy (6-12 years)
For children who can float on front and back without flotation and can front paddle stroke with rhythmic breathing.

Minnow (7-12 years)
For children who can swim front crawl with rotary breathing and back crawl.

Fish (7-12 years)
For children who can swim front and back crawl 50 yards each.

Flying Fish/Shark (8-12 years)
For children who can swim front crawl, back crawl, breast stroke and elementary back stroke 50 yards each.

SWIM TEAM

Swim Team is about learning skills, developing character and making friends.  Children become a team, as they learn how to be more independent and yet work as a group.  Swim team helps teach self reliance and develops attitudes and practices that build character and leadership, all while having fun.

Swim Team Developmental (6+ years)
This program is for beginner swim team level swimmers. Must have an organized instructional swimming background and be able to swim 50 yards of front and back crawl.

Stingrays Swim Team (6+ years)  
A comprehensive, competitive fall/winter swim program. The swim team focuses on developing technical abilities which build self-esteem, team values, and fitness knowledge. Placement in swim groups will be determined by coaches at tryouts.
