If you would like to schedule a lesson please contact Allie, our lesson coordinator, at [email protected] or via phone or text at 518-858-5472. English or Western riding and horsemanship lessons are a fun way to introduce new riders to an exciting world of horses and fine tune more experienced riders’ skills. Lessons are filled with information geared toward developing riders into accomplished horse people. Lesson students learn how to handle and care for horses safely and properly. We work with students to provide them with educational and fun-filled horse experiences.
More experienced riders will have the opportunity to improve and advance their riding skills. If skill level warrants riders may participate in horse shows.
Ages:
Tiny Trotters Program
Young children ages 3-5 will get a hands-on introduction to ponies with riding lessons, and hands-on horse projects.
The goal is to teach the children how to control their ponies, learn to walk, trot, and do a posting trot. The ponies are carefully chosen for their good nature, calmness, and quiet disposition.
All lessons are given age and skill appropriately.
